I agree: this post is fantastic, and this could be Managing Life 101, not just Managing Support 101. Your ability to cut away the fluff and succinctly communicate what you've learned is tremendous. The learning itself is tremendous, and I can tell you many people will never get there. I wish you a long and happy life, and more days than not where you can manage really well, and be well loved. You've worked hard for it and you deserve it.
